Peer Support That Sticks
The Victory Program is a four-phase culture shift for athletic teams. Built around leadership, story-sharing, and peer support, it trains athletes to lead each other with humility and resilience. Our model installs team-specific peer support systems, backed by solution-focused training, servant leadership principles, and suicide prevention education.

This brief, annual battery scores athletes on key internal characteristics that define their culture contribution — like humility, coachability, and response to failure.
